YHT loves to contribute to our community. Although we enjoy healing people's bodily needs, it is more effective when combined with all other accessible sources. Certain individuals may require bodily strengthening, while others may require support with mental health or spiritual healing. YHT has a solid network of people that can assist. We believe that the body, mind, and soul are all connected as ONE. During a massage treatment, emotional release may occur. It is stated that if you can overcome your mental fight, your body will heal spontaneously and you can remain pain-free for all of your life! Your body speaks for you, and the body never lies. So start paying attention to your body and giving it what it requires. That is ACTUAL self-love.
